Arturia V Collection Download
This is a question I'm having a hard time finding a crystal clear answer to in their official FAQ as well as via Google.
This is the first time I'm considering one of their products—so, I'm out of the loop—and it appears Arturia moved away from eLicenser and now use something called ARC. From what I understand, you get a 'limited' amount of activations. I don't mind this type of copy protection provided I'm able to reset the counter on my own (e.g., how things are done with Pianoteq) in the event of a new computer build or major component upgrade.. what I never liked was the kind of 'limited activations' that force you to contact the company when you need to reset the counter (e.g., Ableton, FXpansion, IK, etc.).
Can I self-reset activations through ARC or will it require me contacting Arturia Support?
Thanks in advance.
